Our Story

Adam’s early career included contributions to multi-million-dollar projects such as veterinary hospitals, career centers, schools, and AEP warehouses, with budgets exceeding $20 million. As his own boss, he has led commercial and residential investments, new single-family home developments, and fit-outs for restaurants, coffee shops, and retail spaces.

Today, our projects range from $10,000 to $2 million, covering everything from commercial build-outs to custom residential builds. With a trusted network of subcontractors and a commitment to clear communication, ACOY Properties delivers quality, on-time, and on-budget results — always with the goal of turning your vision into reality while building lasting trust.

At ACOY Properties LLC, we combine the experience of large-scale construction with the personalized service of a hands-on general contractor. Founded by Adam Alfaour, a licensed general contractor

(#G11318 – City of Columbus) and civil engineer who graduated from The Ohio State University in 2017, we proudly serve Dublin, Columbus, and the greater Ohio area.

ACOY Properties has been in business since 2017, originally focusing on project management for large developments before expanding into property management and, ultimately, into full-service construction. This evolution allows us to approach each project with a deep understanding of planning, execution, and long-term property performance.
